Responsibilities 工作職責：
1.參與新產品開發，根據產品及時了解所需材料性能, 解決產品開發中材料問題；
Participate in new product develop, timely understand the required material properties according to the product, solve the material problems in product development.
2.結合市場信息和行業內發展動態，負責挖掘適用于產品的新型材料和新技術, 負責新產品的預研。
Responsible for developing new materials and technologies applying to the products and researching the new products in advance according to the market.
3.負責應用于產品上材料的功能可行性測試和確認；
Follow up the functional feasibility test and confirmation
4.與生產運營部門溝通協作，支持新產品/新工藝從開發引入生產階段；
Cooperating with the plant to support the new product/material developing to producing.
4.定期向上級匯報項目進展；
Regular reporting on the project status to the superior；
5. 完成上級交代的其他任務。
Follow up the work assigned by superior.

任職資格Requirements：
1.本科及以上學歷，材料科學類、應用化學或相關專業優先考慮。
Bachelor degree or above, Major in material science, applied chemistry or the related majors is preferred.
2.有3年以上相關經驗；
More than three year related working experience is preferred
3.具備良好的英文聽說讀寫能力
Good English skill in listening, reading, speaking and writing.
4.良好的溝通與分析和解決問題能力。
Good communication skill and strong analytical and problem solving ability.
